Membership Freezing / Extensions

Our standard policy does not allow for membership freezing or extensions. However, we do recognize that certain exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, extensions may be granted as follows:

• Medical Reasons: A one-time extension of up to 30 days may be granted upon submission of a valid medical certificate. This certificate must be provided for the company's records.
• Pregnancy: A membership extension of up to 9 months may be approved for members who provide appropriate medical documentation confirming pregnancy.

All extension requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team and are subject to verification and approval at the company’s discretion.

Cancellation & Refunds

Please note that we do not offer cancellations or refunds on any membership purchases, under any circumstances. All sales are final.
